Thread your line through the eye of your hook or swivel.

Lay the tag end against the line and form a loop.

Whip the tag end through the loop around the two lengths of line.

Moisten the knot and pull slowly and firmly to bed down the knot. If the line behind the knot looks curly then retie the knot as the line has been weakened by friction. Make sure to bed the knot down slowly.
Trim the tag end and you have your finished Grinner Knot.
