We now have the new Trakker Sl Dome in stock. The Trakker SL Dome  is based on the Trakker Armo MK II with the added benefit for the session angler of a sewn in groundsheet. The outer shell of the SL Dome is easy to erect, which then houses an inner shell with sewn in groundsheet. We have the new Korda Kaptor Hooks  in stock now. The Kaptors come in two hook patterns namely The  Korda Kaptor Wide Gape Hooks  and The  Korda Kaptor Kurv Shank Hooks . A couple of new lines this time. The Korda Subline  comes in translucent green or brown and is extremely tough supple and super heavy. This stuff sinks like a brick and comes of the spool with virtually no twist and has a very soft supple feel to it. It features a high breaking strain leader end which tapers down to normal mainline i.e. 25lb leader end tapering to 10lb mainline. This means no more knots to catch and cause birdsnests. Luckily he was insured, but you can’t replace all those little unique things you pick up over the years, nor the feel of your tackle. You can insure your tackle on your home contents policy or there are now some specialist policies available(see mags). So if you are not insured consider what you would do if your kit was stolen.

A couple of new bits from Atomic Tackle this time. The Atomic Stiffun  is a stiff coated comb-link hooklink material. It has a transluscent, matt finish stiff outer coating and a dual colour camouflage inner braid which will blend in with most lakebeds. The Atomic Bombz Away Lead Clip is a new lead system that does not rely on a moulded arm to hold the lead. The metal clip which secures the lead is independent of the lead clip body and runs along a track inside the main body. The Bombz Away Lead Clip allows you to drop the lead if the fish becomes snagged but eliminates the problem of the lead sometimes jettisoning on the cast.
